The brief

Who operated the Daegu Fantasia Taiwan FAM trip? Keen Korea (operated by HYEAN) ran it as the on-the-ground DMC for the Daegu Culture & Arts Promotion Agency, hosting 12 Taiwanese media and travel-trade guests over three nights and four days.

The challenge

  • A public commission required a full B2G lifecycle — commencement, interim and final reports, billing and settlement.
  • Senior Taiwanese media and travel-trade guests needed genuine Traditional-Chinese hospitality and media-grade handling.
  • Group flight ticketing had to be airtight across a changing headcount.

What we did

  1. Delivered the full B2G administration: commencement filing, commencement / interim / final reports, billing and a completion notice with a satisfaction survey.
  2. Produced guest guidance in both Korean and Traditional Chinese (HTML, a 22-slide deck and a PDF VIP guide).
  3. Re-verified 100% of issued e-tickets and caught and corrected a return-flight date error across the group.
  4. Curated a Daegu program spanning festival, museum, dosent-led garden and Bukseong-ro local-creation venues.
