Programs Keen Korea (operated by HYEAN) planned and ran on the ground in Korea: urban-regeneration study tours, government-to-government exchange, B2G FAM trips, and a Korea Heritage Service heritage program.
A Malaysian delegation of eight completed a multi-city urban-regeneration study tour across four Korean cities over seven nights — designed and operated end to end by HYEAN.
HYEAN ran the on-the-ground FAM trip for the Daegu Culture & Arts Promotion Agency, hosting 12 Taiwanese media and travel-trade guests over three nights and delivering the full B2G reporting and settlement cycle.
HYEAN is coordinating, on the Korean side, a government-sponsored Taiwanese youth program in Buyeo end to end — handling the Korean ground programme, partners and logistics for a delegation of 15 plus 3 leaders over 14 days.
HYEAN designs and runs the Korea Heritage Service "Living National Heritage" program at the Jeongam-ri Baekje kiln site for Buyeo County. The 2025 season ran eight times for 240+ participants and reached more than 50,000 people; for 2026 it grows into three programs across about 30 sessions.
