This site is operated by HYEAN Co., Ltd. (㈜혜안), the licensed Korean travel company behind Keen Korea. We collect as little as possible, and we use what you send us for one thing: replying to you.
What we collect
Only what you type into the proposal-request form or send by email: your name, email address, and any optional details you choose to share (organization, country, group size, dates, budget band, preferred contact channel, dietary needs, and your message).
What we use it for
To reply to your inquiry and prepare a proposal. Nothing else — no marketing lists, no profiling, and we never sell or share your details with third parties for their own use.
How long we keep it
For as long as we need it to handle your inquiry and any program that follows. Write to us at any time and we will delete your details.
Who processes it for us
Your form submission is delivered to us by a transactional email service and our hosting provider, acting on our instructions solely to deliver the message. They do not use your data for anything else. If you use the AI chat, your messages are sent to an AI model provider solely to generate the reply — please do not include sensitive personal details there.
Cookies and analytics
We set no cookies and use no tracking identifiers. Visit statistics are collected as anonymous, cookieless aggregates — which is why this site shows no cookie banner.
