A visit becomes
a shared experience.
Buyeo Pre Living Lab formed part of Taiwan Global Pathfinders Initiative (青年百億海外圓夢基金計畫), under the project 光影造路:青年自媒體行動. The wider Korea programme was scheduled for 18 August–1 September 2026 in Buyeo and Chungju. HYEAN delivered the Buyeo stage, 18–24 August.
The challenge
- Turn a visit into learning through observation, interviews and creative work.
- Connect young visitors with local people and give their findings a shared audience.
HYEAN led Buyeo field delivery with Station R and local partners. Beyond Village Basecamp, local businesses, Buyeo Rotary Club and community organisations connected participants with the people shaping the region.
